Sattu is a great filler to manage your hunger and avoid unnecessary snacking. Refreshing, and full of flavor, including lemon and mint. A balanced source of sodium and potassium, it works as a very effective electrolyte too, helping you maintain better electrolyte balance, blood pressure control and hydration.

Ingredients:

(makes 1 serving)

  • 2 tbsp sattu flour        

  • ½  tsp sugar                

  • ½ tbsp lemon juice   

  • 4 -5 mint leaves      

  • 1 glass water               

  • Black salt to taste


How to prepare:

  1. Put the sattu flour in a glass, add the sugar and black salt to it

  2. Add ½ a cup of water and make a uniform paste to avoid lumps

  3. Fill the remaining glass with water and add lime juice to the drink

  4. Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve cold
