It’s important that you enjoy your food to reach your health goals, and this vegetable salad is one way to make you feel good. Add paneer to a vegetable salad, toss in the herbs you like, and make your salad both interesting and rich in protein at the same time.


Ingredients:
(makes 3 servings)
- 1 cup crumbled paneer 
- 1/4 cup carrot 
- 1/4 cup onion 
- 3 lettuce leaves 
- 1/4 cup cucumber 
- 1/4 cup tomato 
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves 
- Black pepper to taste 
- Salt to taste 
How to prepare:
- Chop all the veggies into small bits and add the crumbled paneer in a large bowl. 
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the salad. Mix well to distribute the seasoning. 
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
